First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving men a deeper level of muscle relaxation during robotic prostate surgery can lower the pressure in the belly during the operation and reduce pain afterward. About 139 men having robotic prostatectomy will be randomly assigned to either deep or moderate muscle relaxation. The goal is to find out which approach leads to less pain and better surgical conditions.
