This study tests whether deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) can help Veterans with alcohol use disorder reduce relapse. About 100 participants will receive TMS targeting brain circuits linked to craving and emotional processing. The goal is to increase alcohol-free days and decrease heavy drinking over a 3-month follow-up.
