Summary

This study looked at whether practicing deep squat or cross-legged sitting for 20 minutes daily, 6 days a week for 6 weeks, can help adults with chronic low back pain. 36 participants were randomly assigned to one of two exercise groups or a control group. Researchers measured changes in pain, joint mobility, and bowel function to see if these simple positions offer relief.
