Summary

This study looked at whether adding deep breathing or simple yoga poses to regular physical therapy could help people with knee osteoarthritis feel less afraid of moving. Forty adults aged 40 to 60 with severe knee pain took part. The results show which approach worked better for reducing fear of movement.
