Summary
This study tests whether giving a chemotherapy drug (decitabine) plus a targeted therapy (ruxolitinib, fedratinib, or pacritinib) before a stem cell transplant helps people with advanced myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) get to transplant and have better outcomes. About 25 adults with MPN that has progressed to a more aggressive phase will take part. The goal is to see if this approach leads to more successful transplants compared to standard treatments.
