Summary
This study will test new decision-making tools to help doctors at district hospitals and health centers in Mozambique and Zambia better diagnose and treat tuberculosis (TB) in children. The study will involve over 30,000 children under 15, including those with HIV or severe malnutrition. The goal is to see if these tools improve how many children get the right TB treatment.
