Summary

This study is testing a new program called DeafMET, which is a version of alcohol counseling made specifically for Deaf adults who use American Sign Language. The goal is to see if the program is practical, well-liked, and helps people feel more ready to change their drinking habits. About 30 Deaf adults with risky alcohol use will take part, either in person or online. The results will help improve the program and guide future research.
