NCT ID NCT06722261
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at how deaf children in kindergarten through 3rd grade learn sign language. Eight children from a school for the deaf will have their language skills checked every day. Teachers will use a special method called Strategic and Interactive Signing Instruction (SISI) to help two children in each class. The goal is to understand how children develop sign language skills, not to test a new treatment or cure.
