Deaf community gets tailored alcohol therapy in landmark pilot

Summary
This study is testing a new version of alcohol counseling called DeafMET, made specifically for Deaf adults who use American Sign Language. The goal is to see if the program is practical, liked by participants, and helps them feel more ready to change their drinking habits. Thirty Deaf adults with risky alcohol use will take part, either in person or online.
