This study looks at whether giving lower doses of radiation to a smaller area after robotic surgery can still keep HPV-positive throat cancer from coming back. About 150 adults with early-stage throat cancer will receive this gentler radiation plan. The goal is to see if two years later the cancer stays away, while reducing side effects from treatment.
