This study tests if a 6-month therapy called Dynamic Deconstructive Psychotherapy (DDP) works better than standard care plus Brief Intervention and Contact (BIC) for reducing suicidal thoughts in teens and young adults aged 14-40. About 106 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The goal is to see which approach more effectively lowers the frequency and severity of suicidal thinking.
