Summary
This study tested a new drug called DCC-3084, alone or with other cancer treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors that have certain gene changes (MAPK pathway). The trial aimed to find safe doses and see if the drug could shrink tumors. It was stopped early after enrolling 29 participants, so results are limited.
