Summary

This phase 2 trial tests whether a vaccine made from a patient's own dendritic cells — immune cells trained to recognize liver cancer — can prevent the cancer from returning after surgical removal of the tumor. About 74 adults with a high risk of recurrence will receive the vaccine as an add-on to standard care. The goal is to see if this personalized immunotherapy can improve disease-free survival.
