This study tests a personalized vaccine made from a patient's own leukemia cells and immune cells. The goal is to see if the vaccine can help prevent the cancer from coming back after chemotherapy. It is for adults aged 55 and older with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who are in remission. Half of the participants receive the vaccine, and the other half are simply watched.
