Summary
This study is testing whether a modified version of a talk therapy called Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) can help people with anxiety or depression. Researchers will enroll 250 adults in Taiwan and randomly assign them to receive either the new therapy or continue with their usual care. The goal is to see if this 12-week therapy improves symptoms, daily functioning, and quality of life better than standard approaches.
