NCT ID NCT05153382
Summary
This study is testing a one-year therapy program for 60 teens and young adults who have bipolar disorder or are at risk for it because a close family member has it. The therapy, called Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), teaches skills to manage intense emotions and reduce risky behaviors. The main goal is to see how well it works and to figure out which young people benefit from it the most.
