Summary
This study is testing a flexible, personalized approach to therapy booster sessions for young people with or at risk for bipolar disorder. Participants who have already completed a year of specialized therapy can choose the type and frequency of follow-up sessions that work best for them. The goal is to see if this tailored support helps maintain progress and manage symptoms over time.
