Summary

This study aims to create national guidelines for using deep brain stimulation (DBS) to treat advanced Parkinson's disease. Italian medical experts will work together to agree on best practices for patient selection, surgical approaches, and long-term care. The goal is to standardize treatment across Italy so all eligible patients receive consistent, high-quality care.
