Summary

This study tests a new drug called DB-1324 in people with advanced stomach, bowel, or other gastrointestinal cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 127 participants will take part in this first human trial.
