Summary

This study looks at whether eating three dates each morning can help reduce vomiting and improve hemoglobin levels in pregnant women experiencing morning sickness. Forty pregnant women will be randomly assigned to eat dates, take standard anti-nausea medication, or follow dietary advice. The goal is to find a simple, natural option for managing early pregnancy symptoms.
