First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at whether eating dates during the first three months of pregnancy can reduce nausea and vomiting (morning sickness) and improve iron levels. About 40 pregnant women will either eat dates, take standard anti-nausea medication, or follow their usual diet. The goal is to find a simple, natural way to ease common pregnancy discomforts.
