First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether providing healthy food and lifestyle coaching can help adults with high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes living in areas with few grocery stores. About 80 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard diet advice or extra coaching and support for 6 months. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable, and whether it lowers blood pressure and blood sugar.
