Can a Heart-Healthy diet tame heart failure?
NCT ID NCT05117086
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether counseling patients with heart failure to follow the DASH diet helps improve their eating habits, symptoms, and key health markers like blood pressure. Researchers are working with 26 stable heart failure patients in an outpatient clinic to see if this dietary approach is practical and effective. The goal is to better understand how diet can be used to help manage this chronic condition.
