Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of three drugs (dasatinib, temsirolimus, and cyclophosphamide) in children and young adults (ages 1 to 21) with advanced solid tumors that have come back or not responded to standard treatment. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand side effects. The drugs work by blocking signals that help tumors grow and by directly killing cancer cells.
