Summary
This study tested whether the drug dasatinib could help control chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a type of blood cancer. Seventeen patients who had previously received other treatments took dasatinib pills twice daily. Researchers monitored how well the cancer responded and checked for side effects.
