Summary

This study tests a new device that places tiny alpha radiation seeds directly into pancreatic tumors. It includes 37 adults with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the procedure is safe and possible, and to check early signs of tumor shrinkage.
