New drug combo may slow aggressive prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug darolutamide to surgery can help men with high-risk or locally advanced prostate cancer. About 240 participants will either have surgery alone or receive darolutamide before and after surgery. The goal is to see if the drug delays cancer from coming back or spreading.
