Prostate cancer study: could 12 weeks of Pre-Surgery drugs be enough?

Summary

This study is for men with high-risk prostate cancer that hasn't spread. Before surgery to remove the prostate, participants will receive a drug combination (darolutamide plus hormone therapy) for either 12 weeks or 24 weeks. The goal is to see which treatment duration leads to better cancer clearance in the removed prostate tissue. About 250 men will take part, and they will be followed for up to 2 years after surgery.
