Summary
This study tests if dapagliflozin, a drug used for diabetes, can improve exercise ability and heart function in people who had the Fontan procedure (a surgery for a single-ventricle heart defect). About 30 adolescents and adults will take the drug daily for 3 months. The main goal is to see if their oxygen use during exercise increases.
