NCT ID NCT05582161
Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental drug called DAOIB can help slow cognitive decline in people with early Alzheimer's disease or mild memory problems. Researchers will give DAOIB to 123 participants for 24 weeks and track their memory, thinking skills, and daily function. The trial also aims to identify blood tests that could predict who might benefit most from this treatment approach.
