Can dancing help people breathe easier? study tests new rehab for COPD
NCT ID NCT07198763
Summary
This study is testing if adding dance to standard pulmonary rehabilitation helps people with COPD more than standard rehab alone. It will involve 44 adults with COPD who will do either standard rehab exercises or dance sessions twice a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure if dance improves walking ability, muscle strength, and quality of life more effectively.
