Summary

This study tests whether a 3-month program of dance classes three times a week plus a personalized nutrition plan can improve health in 40 obese breast cancer survivors. Researchers will measure changes in weight, body fat, fitness, gut bacteria, and quality of life. Participants are compared to a control group that continues their usual lifestyle.
