Video games and dance moves could help stroke survivors walk and balance better

NCT ID NCT03869138

Summary

This study is testing if a fun, virtual reality therapy using dance and video games can help people who have had a stroke improve their physical function, balance, and daily activity. It will compare this new approach to standard rehabilitation therapy to see which is more effective and easier for people to stick with. The goal is to gather early data to design a larger future trial.
