Summary
This study looks at how eating dairy yogurt or plant-based yogurt for 12 weeks affects body composition, bone density, and gut bacteria in overweight postmenopausal women. Participants will follow a weight-loss diet and be randomly assigned to eat two servings of dairy yogurt, plant-based yogurt, or no yogurt daily. The goal is to understand if dairy protein offers unique benefits for health.
