Milk vs. yogurt: the gut health showdown

NCT ID NCT05840081

Summary

This study looked at how eating different types of dairy—full-fat versus fat-free milk and yogurt—changes the bacteria in your gut and might affect your risk for heart disease. Thirty-seven adults over 50 tried each type of dairy for three weeks while researchers collected blood and stool samples. The goal was to gather information to help refine future dietary advice for heart health.
