Summary

This study tested whether eating more dairy foods could help control inflammation and improve markers of heart health. Overweight adults who normally ate little dairy were asked to eat 3 servings of dairy daily for 6 weeks. Researchers measured their blood for signs of inflammation and heart disease risk before and after the diet change.
