Scientists test if daily time warp can reset your internal clock

NCT ID NCT07317349

Summary

This study aims to understand if experiencing a daily one-hour time delay can shift our internal body clock, known as the circadian rhythm. Researchers will measure changes in sleep-related hormones and test reaction times in healthy couples living in a lab for five days. The goal is to learn more about how our perception of time interacts with our biological rhythms.
