New combo therapy aims to wipe out leukemia in adults who Can't handle standard Kids' regimens

Summary

This study tests a chemotherapy cocktail (DA-EPOCH) plus an enzyme drug (Rylaze) in 30 adults newly diagnosed with a type of leukemia (Ph-negative ALL) who are not good candidates for the intensive regimens used in children. The goal is to see if this combination can clear cancer cells from the bone marrow more effectively. Participants will receive multiple cycles of treatment and be monitored for side effects and response.
