Summary
This study tests a combination of chemotherapy drugs (DA-EPOCH) plus an enzyme called asparaginase (Rylaze) in adults newly diagnosed with a fast-growing blood cancer (Philadelphia chromosome-negative ALL). The goal is to see if this mix can kill more cancer cells and achieve deep remission. About 30 adults who are not good candidates for standard pediatric-style treatment will take part.
