Summary

This study tests whether D-serine, a natural brain chemical, can improve learning and memory in people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. 60 adults will take D-serine for 16 weeks while doing auditory exercises. The goal is to see if it helps the brain adapt and learn more effectively.
