Summary
This phase 3 trial compares a new oral drug, D-0502, against the standard injection fulvestrant for people with ER-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The study aims to see if D-0502 can delay cancer growth better than fulvestrant. About 640 participants who have already tried hormone therapy will be enrolled.
