This early-stage study tests whether a dye called CYTALUX (pafolacianine) can make endometrial cancer cells glow under a special camera during surgery. The goal is to help surgeons find and remove all cancer. Ten adults with endometrial cancer who are already scheduled for surgery will receive one dose of the dye before their operation. The study focuses on safety and how well the dye lights up cancer tissue.
