NCT ID NCT06263270

Summary

This early-stage study tested whether an experimental drug called CYT-108 is safe when injected into the knee joint of people with mild to moderate osteoarthritis. Nineteen participants received either the drug or a placebo injection and were monitored for side effects over 26 weeks. Researchers also checked whether the injections helped reduce knee pain, stiffness, and difficulty with daily activities.
