Summary
This study aims to understand how a powerful cystic fibrosis drug combination works in children's bodies. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood of 150 kids aged 2-17 who are already taking the medicine. The goal is to find the best dose to control the disease while minimizing side effects like liver issues or mood changes.
