Summary
This study looks at whether having just one altered copy of the CYP24A1 gene (instead of two) makes people more likely to develop kidney stones. Researchers will compare 45 people with one or two altered gene copies to understand their health and lab results. The goal is to clarify the genetic risk behind this common and painful condition.
