NCT ID NCT05378633

First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at two radiation treatments for people with 4 to 15 brain tumors that have spread from other cancers. One treatment is CyberKnife radiosurgery, which delivers high-dose radiation in 1 or 2 sessions. The other is whole-brain radiotherapy, which requires 10 sessions. The goal is to see which approach better preserves quality of life and survival while causing fewer side effects. About 190 adults with advanced cancer are being recruited.
