New PET scan may pinpoint hidden Cushing's tumors

Summary
This study tests a new type of PET scan (68Ga-Pentixafor) to see if it can better tell apart the two main types of Cushing's syndrome and find the exact location of the problem. About 160 people with suspected or confirmed Cushing's will get this scan, and results will be compared to standard tests. The goal is to improve diagnosis and guide treatment decisions.
