New PET scan tracer could spot hidden cancers

Summary
This early-phase study is testing a new imaging agent called [68Ga]-pentixafor to see how well it lights up certain blood cancers and related disorders on PET/CT scans. About 30 adults with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, multiple myeloma, or histiocytic neoplasms will receive the agent and then be scanned. The goal is to measure how much the agent collects in tumors, not to treat the disease.
