First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a four-week educational program based on the Theory of Planned Behavior could increase cultural sensitivity and compassion in nursing students. 80 students were split into two groups: one received the training, the other did not. The goal was to see if such training could help reduce health inequalities by making future nurses more understanding and caring toward diverse patients.
