Summary
This study tests whether three different culturally tailored diet patterns (U.S.-style, Mediterranean, and vegetarian) can improve eating habits and reduce type 2 diabetes risk in African American adults. About 198 participants will follow one of the diets for one year. The goal is to see which diet works best for this community.
